Mom's House--Built in the 1960s, the dwelling was built for members of the Schwinke family as a residence.  The house sits on a large lot, surrounded on three sides by a wooded area.  Deer, wild turkey and birds of every description are in abundance around the property.  The picture window in the living room looks out over the beautiful valley located on the farm of the owners.  In later years, Arlen's mother resided here, hence, the name Mom's house.
